ALL ATHLETIC FORMS NEED TO BE TURNED IN ALONG WITH $35 FEE BEFORE STUDENT CAN PLAY.
Cheerleading Practice Wednesday (9/8) 3:15-4:40
Flag football Please purchase a mouth guard (mandatory) and cleats. Practice Tuesday (9/7), Wednesday (9/8), and Thursday (9/9) 5:00-6:15.
Volleyball Please purchase white knee pads. Practice (9/7-9/10) Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday, & Friday 3-4pm.
*Please complete the athletic forms and have physicals up to date.
*Fee: this is used to cover the league fees of the Lower Pinellas Catholic Conference, once it has been determined your child is on the team $35 will be due to Coach Clifton.
Athletic Physical forms are created in Microsoft Excel. Please be sure to print and complete all three tabs. The easiest way to print the entire file is to click File from the Menu bar, then select Print. The Print dialog box will appear. Select the Entire Workbook radial button then click Print. You will have a total of three pages. Thank you!
