Admissions Process

Choosing the right school for your child is an important process. As such, our admissions process is carefully designed for a mutual evaluation of student and school. The process is:

  • Contact the School Office to schedule a visit and tour of our campus.
  • Submit an application and a $50 non-refundable application fee.
  • Provide copies of all student records including academic grades, attendance, standardized test scores, and teacher and administrator recommendations.
  • Schedule a student shadow day and entrance assessment.
    • Pre-Kindergarten students will shadow for 1/2 day and must be 4 years old by September 1st.
    • Kindergarten students will shadow for 1/2 day and must be 5 years old by September 1st.
    • Grade 1 – 8 students will shadow for one full day.

Applications are reviewed throughout the year as long as space is available in the requested grade. The Admissions Committee evaluates each applicant on the basis of overall academic potential; developmental readiness; social, emotional and physical maturity; and ability to contribute positively to the school. Reenrollment for current students takes place in February of each year, and notification of acceptance for new students is made as space is available.
